THE WEBSITE IS UNDER CONSTRUCTION
[ENG] Kepesita as project and as a made-up word was born in 2009. It stands for the written and visual documentation of a 952 day-long hitch-hiking journey from Hungary to New Zealand and it aims to embrace the initiatives generated by the experience of this venture, as well.
[ENG] With yearly open-calls since 2014, we aim to build a high-quality art collection that embodies the spirit of Kepesita. Each year, one artist is selected by a professional jury, and the submitted artwork(s) are purchased for the collection within the limits of the available fund.
[ENG] Fascinated by dog mushing, Tying Knots Art Studios (founded in 2015) aims to promote the bond-based and life-affirming essence of sled dog racing through visual content, including film and photography documentation.
